The Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA) is one of the largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas. Under the patronage of Blessed Mother, members are united by their faith in Jesus Christ, devotion to the Church and the Holy See and dedicated to strengthening their own spiritual lives.
CDA was founded in 1902 by the Knights of Columbus in Utica, NY. Just a few years later became independent and adopted the name Catholic Daughters of America. It subsequently expanded and now has affiliates in 42 states, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Virgin Islands and Guam. CDA donates to charities, administers scholarship programs and strives “to be helping hands where there is pain, poverty, sorrow or sickness.” Women 18 years of age and above are welcome.

- Assist the Unfortunate, Underprivileged and the Homeless.*
- Take part in Community activities, such as “Make a Difference Day.”
- Conduct and Share in Leadership Workshops.
- Engage in National CDA Projects.
Court Regina Coeli #2310 actively assists the following charitable organizations:

- Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Queen of Heaven Conference Pantry - members donate non-perishable food items, such as canned foods, cereals, pastas, peanut butter, etc.
- Birthright - Gather and donate baby clothes, booties, diapers; members make blankets and knit booties for Birthright’s newborns.
- Ronald McDonald House - donate paper goods.
- Shelters - provide clothing, socks, underwear for the homeless; financial support & food.
- Queen of Heaven School - $500 dollars tuition assistance.
- Needy Families - Provide food & gift cards for several families at Thanksgiving & Christmas.
- Religious Orders - Financial support.
Once a year Court Regina Coeli # 2310 conducts a fund-raiser to meet these obligations.

We dedicate ourselves, with enthusiasm, for Our Lord’s work and for His Church. Meetings are held at the parish hall every 3rd Monday of the month, September through May. Deacon Ruben Barela is our Spiritual Advisor; he begins each meeting with an inspirational message and prayer. Assigned hostesses provide refreshments.
